## What Log.os is

Log.os teaches people how to stay present in high-stakes conversations. Not through better scripts or communication techniques, but by changing what happens in the body in the seconds before you speak. The system progresses from emotional regulation (Step 01) through safety and connection, difficult conversation architecture, repair and rebuild, to facilitation mastery (Step 05).

The core insight: most people don't avoid hard conversations because they lack courage. They avoid them because nobody ever taught them how to stay regulated when the pressure rises.
