02 — What data we collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service you have asked for. Depending on what you use, this may include:
Name
To personalise your experience and address you correctly.
Email address
To deliver workbooks, send updates you have requested, and communicate with you.
Date of birth
To contextualise certain practice materials within the Log.os framework.
Relationship status
Collected only when you voluntarily complete forms on the website. Used to personalise guidance within the framework.
We do not collect payment information directly. We do not collect sensitive categories of personal data beyond what is listed above.
03 — Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
We process your data on the following legal bases under GDPR Article 6:
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): When you submit a form or subscribe to receive workbooks or updates. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)): When processing is required to deliver a service you have requested.
Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): For basic analytics to understand how the site is used, in ways that do not override your rights.

To deliver the 5-step Signal System and any content you have requested.
To send you updates, new materials, or community information — only if you have opted in.
To personalise the Log.os framework materials to your context.
To understand how people use the website and improve it over time.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following services, each of which processes data on our behalf:

Email delivery and list management. Your email address and name are stored on their platform.

We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the service you requested, or for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer if required by Hungarian or EU law.

08 — Cookies and analytics
The Log.os website uses basic analytics via Manus.ai to understand how the site is used. This does not involve tracking across other websites or building advertising profiles. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

09 — International data transfers
Your data may be processed by our service providers in countries outside the EU. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
