To personalise your experience and address you correctly.

To deliver workbooks, send updates you have requested, and communicate with you.

Date of birth

To contextualise certain practice materials within the Log.os framework.

Relationship status

Collected only when you voluntarily complete forms on the website. Used to personalise guidance within the framework.

We do not collect payment information directly. We do not collect sensitive categories of personal data beyond what is listed above.

We process your data on the following legal bases under GDPR Article 6:

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): When you submit a form or subscribe to receive workbooks or updates. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)): When processing is required to deliver a service you have requested.

The Log.os website uses basic analytics via Manus.ai to understand how the site is used. This does not involve tracking across other websites or building advertising profiles. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

Your data may be processed by our service providers in countries outside the EU. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
