Log.os is operated by Szabó Tamás István (E.V.), registered in Hungary. References to "Log.os", "we", "us", or "our" refer to this entity. Contact: [email protected]
02 — What Log.os is
Log.os is a behavioural redesign framework and relational operating system. It provides educational content, self-guided practice materials, and community access designed to support individuals in building more sustainable relationships.
Important
Log.os is not therapy, counselling, or psychological treatment. It is not a medical service. The materials provided are for educational and personal development purposes only. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
03 — Use of the website and materials
By using this site you agree to:
Use the site and its materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without written permission.
Not use the site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that could damage Log.os or its users.
Provide accurate information when completing forms on the site.
Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
04 — Free workbooks and materials
Free workbooks and downloadable materials are provided for your personal use only. They may not be shared, resold, adapted, or used in any commercial context without prior written consent. Providing your email address to receive these materials constitutes agreement to receive the associated email communication from Log.os via MailerLite. You may unsubscribe at any time.
05 — Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, framework materials, workbooks, brand assets, visual design, and the Log.os name and wordmark — is the intellectual property of Szabó Tamás István. The Log.os name, dot wordmark, and all associated brand elements are protected. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
If you wish to reference, quote, or use any Log.os content, please contact [email protected] first.
06 — Community (when applicable)
Access to the Log.os community is governed by separate community guidelines provided at the time of joining. Membership may be revoked at our discretion if community standards are violated. Community platform access is subject to the terms of the third-party platform provider (currently Skool).
07 — Disclaimer of warranties
The Log.os website and its materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:
That the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
That the content is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times.
Any specific outcome from using the framework or practice materials.
Results from using the Log.os framework vary between individuals. The framework supports personal practice and awareness — it does not guarantee any specific relational, psychological, or behavioural outcome.
08 — Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hungarian and EU law, Log.os and Szabó Tamás István shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its materials. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, or €50, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

The site may contain links to third-party websites (YouTube, LinkedIn, Substack, Skool, MailerLite). These are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites.
10 — Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
11 — Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
